Refund policy

FOSTER, LLC. does not accept returns to maintain the standard and quality of our products. Exchanges must be approved by FOSTER.

REFUND POLICY:

At FOSTER, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products and our expedited fulfillment process, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

Orders are processed and shipped the same day or next business day when order is placed after 3 pm. Because of this quick turnaround, order cancellations or modifications cannot be offered after checkout.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order is intentional and final.

Please refer to our Pre-Order disclaimer before purchasing a pre-order. Pre-orders are subject to an estimated shipment date, meaning that delays can occur. By placing a pre-order, or reserving your set, you accept that such delays may occur and that you are aware that such delays may occur.

FOSTER is not responsible for custom delays.

If a customer receives the incorrect order or item, please contact us for assistance, we would love to make this right, as this is our mistake...we are human too.
