Pre-Order Policy
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in inventory but has been allocated to you from an upcoming shipment. Due to high demand, pre-orders allow customers to secure inventory before it arrives, as products may sell out quickly once available.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to reserve your item and guarantee your place in the next available shipment.
All pre-orders include an estimated shipment date. Estimated shipment dates are subject to change and may fluctuate due to manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, customs processing, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond FOSTER's control.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that delays may occur and that shipment dates are estimates only. FOSTER is not responsible for delays caused by production, transportation, customs, or other third-party services.
FOSTER will ship all pre-order items as soon as inventory is received and processed. We make every effort to fulfill and ship pre-orders promptly upon arrival.
All pre-order sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order is intentional and non-refundable. An order is considered final once checkout is completed and payment has been submitted at checkout.
